Walmart! They have tons of different kinds of nail polish if you just browse the aisles.
The 99 cent store. Go the the beauty supply place and ask for discontinued polish on hand
if you live in the uk the best place in boots but you can shop online boots.co.uk they do a whole selection of funky and groovy nenon colours the best range is the collection 2000 range because the bottles are really big and about 3 pounds which is really good good colours are like orange, bright pink, green and bright red, but superdrug do them just as good but cheaper with a student discount card...if not try topshop.co.uk they do really good colours in the kate moss range..i think..and the colours are better quality 4 ur money!

Walmart! Try Pure Ice!! I love there nail polishes they have all types of colors and only cost $2
sally girl nail polishes are small but they're only 99 cents and come in great colors
