hot topic always has crazy colors (i.e.-green) and sallys beauty supplpy has green polish. i got mine at walmart and the brand is called pure ice

Sally has really good brands of nail polish and 70 different colors. They're good but also expensive! Almost anywhere has green cute nailpolish. :Walmart, hot topic, claires, icing ( by claires), Nail salons.
