What color nail polish for summer?

Well I'm buying a silver metallic bikini and during the summer I'm going to be wearing that with white flip flops. I was wondering should I paint my nails and toes white or silver? Or one white one silver? If so which?

I used to work as a cosmetologist, and the colors a lot of the women would wear during the summer was hot pink, fuchsia, pink, red (which is always in), orange, bright colors. Really bright colors that would stick out, since they would be wearing flip flops and wanted to show off their toes.





Out of the two, I would say go for white or go for a dark silver--sort of a gunmetal gray. Of course, as others have mentioned, that'd be too matchy-matchy, making it blend into your outfit instead of making your nails stand out. If you bikini is a silver metallic, then you can basically wear any color you want as long as it doesn't blend into it.

Of white or silver, I would say silver as white tends to be a little weird unless you only use it in a french manicure. However, silver nails as well might look a little overboard. What would look adorable would be something contrasting like a stop sign red or bright pink, or something more out there like neon brights eg: yellow. Or you could go the other way for a black or dark plum colour. I think going with something completely different for your nails would look a lot better than coordinating it all, as it adds a little fun! x

Caring for nails is very important because if you don't care for them, they could get rusty which makes them look bad when nailed into a wooden structure. There is no specific product for polishing nails, but a product like Cillit Bang or Kaboom should do the trick.
White and silver is kinda tacky so i would go with red, black, pink, or evan a royal blue would be nice.Silver doesn't gp with everyones skin color but if your swim suit is silver go for it cause white won't look good next to white shoes its just too much white next to each other.

Don't paint them silver or white because that would match too well, and people would be like, wow that's a little weird. Paint them a color that is different like red or pink or purple.
Probably silver to match your swimsuit and to stand out with the sandals. But if you want to really make them stand out choose a bright turquoise color, this will compliment both.
i would either get a manicure with white. then when it starts to chip either go back or get the white to help fill it back in. orrr get a lime green. that'll really pop!
Paint them metallic gold! :D

think of fruit and those are the colors you should wear. They all look good on white. Dont do dark colors though Good luck %26lt;3 :)
Peach/coral. It looks so nice and pretty, and perfect for summer!
id wear a cute summery color such as a bright pink, yellow, green, or maybe a greenish-blue. :)
Pastel colors or maybe orange/yellow, summer-y colors.

paint them a color that stands out, like pink. or red. it would look cute
i say you paint them like dark purple, itd be a cool contrast
