I would try fingernail polish remover. Don't rub too hard, but try to dilute it and then see if you can wash it out.

try ';Oops'; or ';Goof Off'; less chance of ruining the coloring. Do NOT use acetone.... will take the color out of material

use acetone
use acetone free nail polish remover then wash as normal.....
Try to remove the dried polish as much as possible using your fingernails first.





Then you can apply some nail polish remover with dabbing motion rather than rubbing but do it gently. Rubbing the nail polish will spread the colour and will worsen the problem. Quickly wipe down with a wet cloth to avoid damage the your shoes or pants. Alternately, you can first fill up your machine before applying the remover and throw in your pants immediately after that.





The remover will dilute the nail polish and make it easier to remove by washing. Maybe you'll need to wash a few times depending on the size of the stain.
