yes it is true, I've done a beauty therapy course and from personal experience, if you constantly wear nail polish it will turn your nails yellow not as yellow as if you were a smoker but yellow! the only way you can stop it is by wearing nail polish for few days take it off leave nail polish free for few days and so on!Is it true that nail polish can make my nail yellowish?

If nails turn yellow its usually fungas! Theres special nail polishes you can get at a dermotologist that prevents it.
It can stain if you use a dark or heavy pigmented colour. So they recommend you use an undercoat but i dont really get that problem, so i wouldnt worry.

well if you paint your nails a lot and use nail remover the acetone remover will have an effect on your nails....go to a salon and ask them what product works the best!
