it was an overcoat and it cracked after a few minutes does anyone know what it is?I used to have this cool nail polish?
I have seen that, it is like a crackle top coat. I don't know who makes it though, I will look a little and see if I can find it.
Ok, I found some sites that say that cover girl used to make one, in the 90's but dosn't make it any more.
