Keep putting remover on it while blotting it with a paper towel it should come out. once it gets lightened up try warm soapy water it may help.Help! how do i get nail polish out of my fringe carpet! ahhh!?
use a remover with acetone! it should work.
Give it a trim with the scissors, dont think anything else will work if it is dry.
