I seem to be allergic to nail polish. Does anyone know what in nail polish I could be allergic to?

It's more like what is in nail polish that doesn't contribute to allergic-type symptoms. Loads of toxins. Your symptoms probably aren't allergies, your body is reacting appropriately to a poison and trying to get it out of you!

For all sorts of reasons, people have varying thresholds for when and how they react to these toxins.

There have been some studies done recently which show higher rates of illness amongst nail salon workers. Including those who do other things in the same shop. You're breathing in less of it, so your symptoms are less. But it's still hurting you.

Is the risk to your health worth it?I seem to be allergic to nail polish. Does anyone know what in nail polish I could be allergic to?
Studies have shown sensitisation against important allergens in nail varnish (toluolsulphonamide-formaldehy... resin), nail varnish remover (benzophenone-2) and artificial nails (ethylacrylate), respectively..I seem to be allergic to nail polish.
