Black nail polish on long nails?

Do you think black nail polish looks good or bad on long nails?Black nail polish on long nails?
Well the style gurus say to only put dark polishes on short nails, but to me it looks really bad, l.ike your nails all fell off or you have some nasty infection in them. I prefer long nails with dark polish. The only way I think short nails look good are with a natural look (clear or very light polishes)Black nail polish on long nails?
Unless you are doing it for Halloween or trying out for Morticia, don't make it too long or too plain.





To avoid making it too vampirish/punky, try decorate them with rhinestones or flowery stickers.
I don't think it looks good on long nails unless you put a hint of color on top. I did yellow polka dots over black one time and it looked cute. :-)
i personally think it looks super cute on short nails, but a bit too creppy on long nails.
it would look a little too '; plaine '; but i love black nail colors But since it's long nails i say put gold shimmering tips on them. It would look so cute.
Personally, I think that black nail polish on long nails looks '; bad '; on long nails. The length of the nails will only pronounce the black nail polish. The longer the nails, the more that are noticeable. So,with black nail polish, it just isn't appealing. Nails that are medium length can be polished with just about any color. But, for some reason, long black nails are not attractive. Just an opinion. My daughter loves black nail polish but, her nails are mainly short to medium length. For whatever reason, long black nails are just not '; in ';.
horrible. black nail polish only looks decent on short nails.
I think it would look great with a little bit of nail art.
